Our responsibility in Haminan Talonmiespalvelut is the maintenance of housing companies and properties. Our goal is to create a more pleasant, functional, and safe living environment. Through systematic property maintenance and repair, we ensure that homes and properties retain their value.

We provide property-related services with over 25 years of experience in Hamina and the South Kymenlaakso region. Our services are available for residential and commercial properties, their residents, businesses, and the public sector.

We are a local company established in 2012 and a PHM partner since 2015. PHM Group is a property services group whose mission is to care about people by taking care of their surroundings.

FORMS

You can easily contact us using forms whenever it suits you best. We process forms on weekdays during our office opening hours. If your matter requires an immediate response, please call our customer service instead of filling out a form.

Service request

You can submit a service request to us using the service request form. The form is available in English, Swedish and Finnish. If your issue requires immediate response, call our emergency number.

On-call service: emergency number

If you need urgent assistance outside our working hours (7.00-15.00), please call our emergency number 050 356 5239. Our on-call service handles all tasks where delay could cause danger, damage, or additional harm. You can get help, for example, in the event of water damage, for repairing a broken door or window, or you can ask us to open a door if you have lost your keys (a paid service, identity will always be verified).
 
During on-call hours, you must always contact us by phone. Urgent requests can’t be made online or by email. Please note that text/whatsapp messages can’t be sent to the emergency number. The on-call number 050 356 5239 is available 24/7.

PHM Digital

PHM Digital is the portal that gathers all information about your housing association or property in one place. Our customers can monitor the progress of the maintenance work, whether it is an individual service request or work included in a maintenance contract. PHM Digital also makes it possible to monitor consumption figures.

In addition to the above, the representatives of the housing company will have access to a wide range of features that facilitate the administration of the housing company, such as electronic signatures, document storage and meeting features.

Services for residents

Want to take a day off from cleaning? Residents can order a variety of additional services from us for a fee, including electrical work, repairs, and cleaning services. To place an order, please call our service number: 050 356 5239.

Door opening fee

The door opening fee is 20€ on regular weekdays (Mon–Fri) 7:00-15.00, and 40€ at all other times. Payment can be made by card or invoice, an additional fee applies to invoices. Please note: Doors are only opened for individuals listed in the house registry, and ID will be checked. Payment collection is handled by Ropo Capital Oy.
